Details of this photo were received from David Jones, via Francis Millican. Francis played in the team alongside Mr Jones's father, George. The trophy was Barrow and District league knock-out; the year was 1954. Askam won the final (which was played at Broughton) against Kirkby. Kirkby scored 85 all out; Askam scored the required 86 with the loss of four wickets.
